You should regularly check your e-visa application status during the processing period by entering your visa application code (starting with ‘E’), the email address used in your application, and your date of birth in the search form on the official visa portal at https://evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search.
Below are the most common statuses you may see when checking your Vietnam e-visa application:
- Acceptance – Congratulations! Your e-visa has been approved.
- Processing – Your application is currently under review. Please allow a few more working days for processing.
- Unpaid – The visa fee payment was not successful. You will need to complete the payment to proceed with your application.
