Once your Vietnam e-visa has been issued, the information stated on it cannot be edited or changed by yourself.
If you have sufficient time before your trip, the best solution is to apply for a new e-visa using your updated passport details.
However, if your flight is approaching and you don’t have time to reapply, we can assist you with our emergency visa correction service. This service allows us to update your information directly in the system so your e-visa matches your new passport in time for your departure.
Please send a visa correction request to vietnamvisabooking@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +84 912 685 141 attached with the scan copy of your old passport, scan copy of your new passport, the issued e-visa and email address used for your original visa application.
