However, it’s essential to carefully review and verify all details before submitting your application to avoid spelling errors or typos. Any incorrect information will require an amendment, which restarts the processing time and may delay your visa approval.
4. Unsuccessful payment
If your credit or debit card is not enabled for international online payments or is invalid, your visa fee will not be processed, and your application will remain in an “unpaid” status.
Sometimes, due to payment gateway errors, your transaction may appear successful, but your visa application still shows an “unpaid” status when you check it. 8. Applying from within Vietnam
