Vietnam visa approval for Palestinian citizens

Starting from August 15, 2023, citizens of all nationalities, including Palestinian citizens, are eligible to apply for a Vietnam e-visa. However, due to geopolitical reasons, Palestinian citizens are subject to special conditions when applying for a visa to Vietnam. As a result, they may experience additional challenges or delays during the processing of their applications.

Palestinian citizens may receive multiple requests to amend their visa application while it is being processed. Sometimes, even after all the issues have been corrected, the visa may still not be approved.
Palestinian citizens are advised to book flight tickets and accommodation only after their Vietnam visa has been officially approved.

If you have already booked your flight, hotels, and services in Vietnam but your e-visa is still in “Processing”, you may proceed with an alternative option by applying for a Vietnam visa on arrival with us. In this case, you will need to provide:

• The copy of your passport bio page;
• The copy of the passport pages containing the entry and exit stamps through all the countries in the past;
• Your air tickets and hotel booking confirmation;
• Your residence permit card (if any)

Visa approval letter for Palestine citizen in 2026

The visa approval letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department, authorising you to board the plane and enter Vietnam, will be ready within 7 working days in standard processing or within 1-2 days in emergency cases.
