Vietnam visa for Dutch citizens – Visa free for less than 45 days stay and conditions
From 15 August 2025, Dutch citizens will be exempt from obtaining a Vietnam visa if they stay in the country for less than 45 days, along with other Vietnam visa free nationals. Under this policy, citizens of the Netherlands now can enjoy a visa free travel to Vietnam provided they meet the following conditions:
- Hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry.
- Have at least two blank pages in the passport for entry and exit stamps.
- Be prepared to present proof of an onward or return flight ticket upon entry into Vietnam.
- Not be subject to any conditions or restrictions under Vietnamese law that prohibit entry.
