Vietnam visa for Cote D’Ivoire citizens

Starting from August 15, 2023, citizens of all nationalities – including Cote D’Ivoire citizens – are eligible to apply for a Vietnam e-visa. However, due to geopolitical reasons, Cote D’Ivoire citizens are subject to special conditions when applying for a visa to Vietnam. As a result, they may experience additional challenges or delays during the processing of their applications.
Cote D’Ivoire citizens may receive multiple requests to amend their visa application while it is being processed. Sometimes, even all the issues have been corrected, the visa may still not be approved.
Cote D’Ivoire citizens are advised to book flight tickets and accommodation only after their Vietnam visa has been officially approved.
