Vietnam visa for Angolan citizens

Starting from August 15, 2023, citizens of all nationalities — including Angolan citizens — are eligible to apply for a Vietnam e-visa. However, due to geopolitical reasons, Angolan citizens are subject to special conditions when applying for a visa to Vietnam. As a result, they may experience additional challenges or delays during the processing of their applications.
Angolan citizens may receive multiple requests to amend their visa applications while the process is being processed. Sometimes, even all the issues have been corrected, the visa may still not be approved.
Angolan citizens are advised to book flight tickets and accommodation only after their Vietnam visa has been officially approved.
