Vietnam visa for Armenia citizens: How to get an emergency visa at last minutes?

Armenian citizens are required to obtain a Vietnam visa to enter the country, in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnam Immigration Department.

Since August 15, 2023, all Armenian passport holders have been eligible to apply for a Vietnam e-visa, which allows a stay of up to 90 days for tourism or business purposes. If travelers wish to stay longer, they must leave Vietnam (commonly known as a visa run) and apply for a new 90 days e-visa from outside the country. Please note that a new visa cannot be processed while the applicant is still inside Vietnam.

Many Armenian travelers are unaware of this rule and submit a new e-visa application just a few days before departure, then book a same day return flight to Vietnam. Unfortunately, their visa applications are often rejected or delayed, as they were submitted while still in Vietnam — resulting in travelers getting stuck at airports such as Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Bangkok (Thailand), or Incheon (South Korea).
If this happens, you can use our expedited e-visa service to resolve the issue quickly. Simply provide us with:

  • Your pending visa application number;
  • The email address used in your visa application
  • A scanned copy of your passport page showing your most recent Vietnam exit stamp.

Our team will coordinate directly with the Vietnam Immigration Department on your behalf to speed up your pending visa approval, ensuring it’s completed within 1 – 2 working hours so you can catch your next flight without delay.

How the Armenian citizens boost the visa approval process?
