How does Vietnam e-visa look like?
Vietnam e-visa is a document issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department via the government visa portal. It is a PDF file which can be easily printed out and bring with you during your trip in Vietnam.

The information on your issued e-visa must exactly match the details on your passport. Any discrepancy, even a minor one, can cause serious problems, including being denied boarding.
If you discover that your e-visa contains an incorrect passport number, you should immediately contact the Vietnam Immigration Department to request an amendment. In case you are unable to reach the Vietnam immigration officers, you may need to apply for a new e-visa or use our Vietnam e-visa correction service.
If you still have sufficient time before departure, it is recommended to reapply for a new e-visa with the correct passport number. However, if your flight is approaching, you can use our urgent visa correction service, which updates your visa data in the system within 1 – 2 hours on working days or weekends.
Our team is always happy to assist you and will do our best to provide prompt and helpful support.
