Rush Vietnam visa: Expedite an instant Vietnam e-visa in 1 – 2 hours

Typically, you will receive the visa results within 3 – 5 working days. However, if you make a mistake when applying for a Vietnam visa or your visa application needs further verification by the Vietnam Immigration Department, the processing time will be extended. In this case, you may encounter a risk of not being able to board the plane to Vietnam because your visa is “in processing”

Who needs a rush Vietnam visa?

– If you have applied for a visa for several days and it is still “in processing”. You can’t wait because your flight time is approaching;
– If your visa application is requested to be amended due to incorrect information or photos. You receive an email from the Vietnam Immigration Department asking you to amend the visa application, which will delay your visa approval process, leading to cancellation of the flight to Vietnam;
– You have a sudden business in Vietnam that you don’t have time to apply for a Vietnam e-visa;
– All your family members are granted an e-visa except your little child. You may encounter a flight cancellation, as you cannot leave your child alone;
– You probably have a Vietnam visa, or one of the following travel documents: a Temporary Residence Card (TRC), a Certificate of Visa Exemption (CVE) or an APEC card, but you don’t know it has expired. You didn’t know that until they wouldn’t let you board the plane;
– You received an e-visa, but it has mistakes such as incorrect date of birth, incorrect passport number or incorrect passport expiration date… If you don’t have time to apply for a new visa, we can help you with an immediate Vietnam visa application.

Options for immediate Vietnam visa

  • 1 working day speed up: You send the visa application number, email address used in the visa application, and make payment before 08:00 AM, and we will complete the visa by 18:00 Vietnam time on the same day;

  • 2 working hours speed up: If you send the visa application number and email address used in the visa application before 10:00 AM Vietnam time (in the morning) or 15:00 Vietnam time (in the afternoon), we can speed up the visa process and complete it within 2 working hours.
  • 1 working hour speed up: If you send the visa application number and email address used in the visa application before 11:00 AM Vietnam time (in the morning) or 16:00 Vietnam time (in the afternoon), we can speed up the visa process and complete it within 1 working hour.

(*) Speed up visa service: The entered visa information cannot be edited once the application has been submitted.

2. Expedite an emergency e-visa application

If you haven’t applied for an e-visa yet and would like to receive a visa on the same day, a rush e-visa would be the right choice.

  • 2 working days e-visa processing: If you confirm your request before 08:00 AM Vietnam time, you will receive the visa before 18:00 Vietnam time on the next day;
  • 1 working day e-visa processing: If you confirm your request before 08:00 AM Vietnam time, you will receive the visa by 18:00 Vietnam time on the same day;
  • 4 working hours e-visa processing: If you send the request and make payment before 08:00 AM Vietnam time, you will receive the visa around 12:00 PM Vietnam time; if the request is confirmed before 13:00, you will receive the visa before 18:00 Vietnam time on the same day.
  • 2 working hours e-visa processing: The visa will be ready within 2 working hours if the request and payment are confirmed before 10:00 AM (in the morning) or before 15:00 (in the afternoon);
  • 1 working hour e-visa processing: The visa will be ready within 1 working hour if the request and payment are confirmed before 11:00 AM (in the morning) or before 16:00 (in the afternoon);

Avoid getting denied

To ensure that you will receive a visa properly without any issues, you should follow the instructions below:

  • Do not book the flight ticket until you receive your visa: This will help you avoid getting into a difficult situation when your flight departure time is approaching, and your visa has not been approved yet;
  • Prepare quality photos of passport and portrait: You need to take a portrait photo at present, do not crop the photo from your passport image or use a photo taken more than 6 months ago. You should also take a good photo of your passport with all the information displayed and no light blur;
  • Enter the visa information correctly: When you apply for an e-visa, you must enter the information exactly as it is displayed in your passport. The name order should follow the ICAO line; the passport number zero “0” may be easily confused with the letter “O”;
  • The children with their own passport must apply for a visa like adults: You may see the option to include your children’s name in the parent’s visa application form, and you skip applying for their own visa. It is a mistake. The children with their own passports must have a visa like adults;
  • Do not apply for a visa when you are inside of Vietnam: If your visa is about to expire, you need to apply for a new visa. However, you cannot do this while in Vietnam, as your visa application will be denied. You must leave the country, make an application from outside of Vietnam and wait for a few days for visa approval before returning to the country;
  • Do not overstay: You are strongly recommended not to overstay even just a few days, as you may be limited from entering the country in the future;
